COLA Update - 3rd month of critical final 3 (September)

October 16, 2008

Update: October 8, 2008.  The 3rd month of this critical quarter has not yet been announced, and the month of September has been unclear as to trends. From what we have read, it appears to SeniorArk that there will be a slight drop in inflation in September, resulting in a final COLA of less than 6%, but probably more than 5%. Check back on October 16.

The COLA has been announced. Go to 2009 Social Security COLA.
