Marinated Veggies

Dressing:

1 cup sugar or Splenda
3/4 to 1 cup vinegar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 T. water

Bring to a boil to dissolve sugar.  Cool.  Pour over drained and well rinsed vegetables.
 

Vegetables  include:

1 can cut green beans
1 can garbonza beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can kidney beans
1 medium diced onion
 



  1 can lima beans
  1 can butter beans
  1/2 cup diced red, yellow, and green   peppers
  1 cup diced celery

 

Refrigerate 24 hours.  It will keep several weeks in the refrigerator
